blocking mail with identical "From" and "To" fields?

Hello all,

 

I am wondering if there is a Postfix-friendly way to block mail for which both the From and To fields are the same. I am receiving a large amount of spam which is in this format, and I should like to simply dump it at the MTA layer.

 

Caveat: I am currently running Postfix 2.0.x.
