Just a note unrelated to current issues.

If you ever enable amavisd-new, you will get a fatal error:

postfix/smtpd[3303]: fatal: parameter "smtpd_recipient_restrictions":
specify at least one working instance of: check_relay_domains,
reject_unauth_destination, reject, defer or defer_if_permit

Change this to:

   -o smtpd_recipient_restrictions=permit_mynetworks,reject
