You might want to monitor this without actually deferring messages,
until you are quite sure there are no false positives (one day is not
long enough to form a conclusion).

By that time the message may have been deferred for an unacceptably long
time. Also, consider that for every single bounce you hear about, there
may be multiple ones you don't. This is an inherent pitfall in any
system that relies on whitelisting.
