have you configured postfix so as it allow your users to send email to
external domains?
In main.cf i have:
smtpd_recipient_restrictions=permit_mynetworks,permit_sasl_authenticated,reject_unauth_destination
with these options only authenticated users (through sasl) and trusted
hosts can send emails to external domains,
