I would take a qualitative approach to this. If you are doing all of
these things, you might take a moment or two and spend some time
evaulating "hits" on each one of these to assess which rules are
performing most of the blocking. There's a 90/10 rule for me that says
90% of the spam is blocked by 10% of my total defenses in place. YMMV
on 90/10, 80/20, or whatever.
But the bottom line is that you cannot manage that which you cannot
measure. Measure it first, then you'll have the data to decide this.
