Probably because mydestination=$mydomain and mydomain=norden1.com

use postconf -n to verify

May I anticipate your next question after you will hare removed
norden1.com from mydestination : Why my backup MX reject all email for
norden1.com ?

This is because you set

relay_domains= mail.norden1.com

instead of

relay_domains= norden1.com
