A professional admin of RPM-based systems should take the time to learn
how to use SRPMs. Simon Mudd maintains these for Postfix. You found his
binary repo; however, IIRC, those don't have support for SASL.

Automatic updates are very risky. People who do those are constantly
here begging for help because something was broken. If mail is
important to you, I wouldn't suggest this route.
