Is this the same configuration that failed the relay test? We need
consistent information.
This doesn't look like an open relay unless you've done something
silly with mynetworks or mydestination. but it's hard to tell for
sure since you've modified important parts of the output.

Note that several of the RBLs you are checking are no longer in
operation. Please review your list.
