Yes. There was a 64-bit related bug in the code that implemented the
"HOLD" action in header/body checks, this has been fixed some time
ago. No 64-bit issues are known for Postfix 2.4.5 or 2.3.12.

Provided you have working 64-bit libraries for Berkeley DB, TLS, and
all the other optional features you need, you should be good to go.
