[solved] milter and virtual_aliases problems solved

PEBCAK, of course.

Previously, I would feed mail to clamsmtp via -o options in
master.cf:

  smtp inet n - - - - smtpd
    -o receive_override_options=no_address_mappings
    -o content_filter=clamsmtp:[127.0.0.1]:10024

Now, switching to milter, I commented the last line, but I *did*
*not* comment the receive_override_options=no_address_mappings
option, which disabled all address mappings / virtual alias
rewrites.

When things blew up, I removed the milter and also removed the
content_filter during simplification, but for some reason never
removed the receive_override_options.

So the two problems were both the same and all my fault, and I am
sorry for spamming the list, but I hope someone might get saved some
time in the future if I post the solution here.
