Shameless plug:
If you are comfortable with Debian you could have such a system running
within a day:

http://www200.pair.com/mecham/spam/virtual.html

Oh yeah, then you could tell me if this actually works for someone other
than me (since AFAIK I'm the only one that has built a system using my
howto).

At any rate, it may be of use to someone in one way or another. This is one
of those HOWTOs that Magnus complains about; the kind that tells you to do
stuff blindly without understanding what it is you are doing - and then not
knowing how to fix it if something goes wrong. However, it does require
familiarity with Postfix and I tried very hard to create a non-broken system
that hopefully will not result in people on this list getting stuck fixing
it. I do have a great deal of respect for those that contribute on a regular
basis and I have no desire to create more work for anyone. My desire is just
the opposite - give people the ability to quickly create a feature filled
functional email server.
