Background; Postfix 2.3.3 running with MySQL addressing backend.

My questions are maybe a bit "weird", but still I'd like to know.

1. Can I reject messages from a specific e-mail address to a specific
address? Like all mail from someonedomain.com to anyoneanother.com
will get a "recipient not known" reply?

2. Can I set up a "local only" account? Like an address that will only
be used to recieve mail from my own subnets, and unknown to all
"outside" senders? (My alarm address)
