Sorry for an inadequate suggestion.
I really only knew an answer to your question, how to get rid of the doubled hostname, but not to the problem, how to configure.
You'll have to understand virtual domains more in detail, I think.
Read VIRTUAL_README doc as a start (look in /usr/share/doc/postfix..)
