Postfix Mails goes to bulk (junk)

Hi all;
I have installed postfix 3 months ago with sasl,mysql support... It works good until that time. My only problem is mail goes to bulk(junk) folder in some mail clients.
I want help from you about what can be the causes of this problem.
Note: I have inserted users to mysql postfix_users table.All other tables are empty. Can this be the source of the problem?
