It might make troubleshooting a bit easier.
IMIO, mta's that can't or won't do better than 7-bit should not be
tolerated. But perhaps that's only because I am tired of getting
messages in non-European charsets that have been turned into garbage
by such systems. It's not a 7-bit world any more. There's no excuse.
