Hi Donny,
What OS are you using on your mail server that got that kind of
problem? We have a similar problem, though I declared it here as
solved when I upgraded the kernel but after several weeks, the problem
appears again. same problem with yours, "unknown user".
BTW, am using Centos 4.5 with its default postfix install.
