I have nothing specific to a minimal SA milter hooked to Postfix,
although I have to wonder what you mean by implementing SA 'as a
milter directly.' The MIMEDefang milter (which has SA hooks) works
just fine in my experience with Postfix, and there shouldn't be any
reason that other thinner milters (e.g. spamass-milter, milter-spamc,
etc) that have had a good shakedown over the years with Sendmail
wouldn't work as well with Postfix. In principle, milter is an open
API standard and a milter should work with either Postfix or Sendmail.
