no, relocated will "reject" the mail. OP wants the mail to be delivered
to the user (probably forwarded).
if you can use vacation, then it's a good choice.
don't try to script this in maildrop unless you know what you are doing.
This is harder than it looks (which is why there are a lot of broken
outscatters....).
