Yes you can. The best part is that once you have set up Postfix to
handle TLS, it will use TLS where the other MTA uses it. You just
configure the SSL support as described in http://www.postfix.org/
TLS_README.html
The hardest part about enabling TLS in Postfix is getting certificates.
