How to append text to all outgoing mails

Hi,

I'm using postfix-2.3.3-2, with cyrus-imapd-2.3.7-1.1.el5,

I need to append some text to all outgoing mails ? Something like a
company's promotion ? Is that possible ?

What do you suggest ?
