Does dmesg report any failures for the hd? Are you using a mysql/postgresql based map?

Andreas:
Thanks for the response.
I
already thought of that, but a DF shows that we've got over 104GB available on /
(4% in use). /boot and /dev/shm also are no more than 14% in
use.
Thanks!

Are
you running out of disk space? What does df says?

Subject: Postfix reports Error: queue write error
Our company
uses a mail filter comprised of Postfix, Amavisd-new,
ClamAV, Postgrey,
etc. To troubleshoot another issue, I've got Postfix
logging
verbosely.
On mail filter startup, root receives several e-mails
similar to
the
following:

I'm
just assuming that "Error: queue write error" is a bad thing.
Does
anyone have any suggestions about how I can troubleshoot this
further?
Again, this only happens for about the first five minutes
following
startup.
Thanks!
