Amavis issue

Hello-
I'm using Amavis-New/Spam Assassin + Postfix.
The problem I'm experiencing is that something happened when using internal
forwarding rules that caused my mail server to see over 4,000 almost
identical messages within a couple of days.
The problem is it now refuses all email from that address and clearing out the
Amavis MySQL tables has made no difference.
Any ideas?
