2 postfix server on the same domain in different regions

Hello all,
I have one domain name and two email server in different regions.
What I'm trying to do is to use both mail servers under the same domain
but without the need of subdomains for example mailone.mydomain.gr
mailtwo.mydomain.gr, I want all users to have an email address like
usermydomain.gr and when i sent an email to user1domain.gr and he/she
is located at region1 or region2, postfix to undestard at which mail
server it have to send the email.
Can you please guide me?
