This will impact the use of proxymap for generic(5), in the same process,
as there will be only one proxymap service for that. There is no need
for a configurable "proxymap_service_name" if the SMTP client uses the
"proxy" protocol directly, instead of using dict_proxy and being unaware
that it is using IPC.
