Setting up Postfix and some AV/antispam stuff really isn't difficult
even for a novice sysadmin.
While you might get that impression by reading this list, remember
that the thousands (tens, hundreds of thousands?) of people who have
everything running just great do not usually post to the list just to
tell us they have no problems :)
