Last month my ISP lost its wholesale connectivity provider. They
didn't
bother to tell anyone about new DNS servers, because newer Windows
clients using DHCP rewrite their routing/lookup tables. "Nobody needs
to know." I still had the former addresses. It was like pulling teeth
to get them to offer me some actual numbers for my resolv.conf, but
with
those "host" could find MX records, and my test message just got
delivered here. Thanks to all, even the guy who doesn't want to be
thanked. ;-)
