Gnarwl for vacation

People, I'm using Postfix+LDAP+Courier as my mail server platform with
virtual domains. I hear that Gnarwl is the best option to implement the
vacation/autoresponde feature for my mail users.
I get gnarwl and I tested it but I can put it to work.
Please can anybody tell me about gnarwl installation or give me a howto ???
