$mydomain: Only one 'domain.tld' permitted?

Docs don't mention yea or nay, want to clarify:

Only _one_ domain name is permitted for $mydomain?

"mydomain = somedomain.tld, anotherdomain.tld" etc. is wrong?

My mail host has 5 domain names. Best to specify them in $mydestination?

Really don't want to experiment with this.
