No, that *is* the right question when deciding between mydestination and
various VIRTUAL (non system-user) scenarios. And VIRTUAL_README is not
irrelevant, perhaps it is not applicable based on additional information
you have not yet disclosed (e.g. mailboxes are indeed for system users
only...), but we don't know this, and the document does explain your
choices in more detail.
