No. I am only asking the question about $mydomain. The other about
$mydestination is merely for clarification of the $mydomain question.
There is nothing explicit in the docs and I am not considering such a
decision so I do not need to know about or consider VIRTUAL_blah right
now.

This really _is_ one of those rare questions about just one thing.
