I apologies up front if this happens to be off topic, but could anybody document a "running start" type of doc on how to configure and what to configure in webmin for use with/for postfix? Thanks.

I use webmin. It has separate modules for postfix, dovecot, and mysql. I use it now for lots of other things, including on my postfix server

Subject: Admin tools?

I've been experimenting with Postfix for a few weeks now and have
successfully migrated my old qmail server to postfix. I'm astonished at
how fast it is and the logical and well documented way in which it is
configured. My Postfix system is just a small experimental one and has
only a handful of users but I'll introduce mysql over the next couple of
weeks just for the learning value.

I am presently doing user admin by manually updating the various file and
re-starting Postfix. For my actual needs this is fine but I would rather
use a web based tool to create new users, delete users, allow users to
change their own passwords etc. I know that this is not strictly a
postfix question but I am posting this question here in the hope that
someone can point me in the right direction.

Can anyone recommend any good admin tools that can be configured to work
with postfix, mysql, dovecot please?

I'm using virtual mailbox domains.

Many thanks in advance,

Mark.
