The mail is already being accepted, and unless you are using
reject_unknown_client_hostname (with Postfix < 2.3:
reject_unknown_client) you are at no risk of rejecting these for the
logged problem with their DNS and do not need to whitelist the IP
address at all. Given the widespread problem of carelessly configured
and unreliable DNS, using reject_unknown_client_hostname is a risky
choice anyway.

If you can get the people running that system to handle their DNS
competently, you can get their problem solved and Postfix will no
longer have anything to warn about.

The log entries themselves cannot be configured away with Postfix
without losing a lot of log entries that you probably want to keep.
You could always hack the code to eliminate them if you prefer that
over simply deciding to ignore them them.
