myorigin is the domain name added to locally-originating mail
that has no domain name. ie. mail sent from "cron" will be
changed to "cron
$myorigin"
smtp_helo_name is the hostname announced in the SMTP greeting.
In many sites - especially smaller sites - they are will be
set to the same name, but they really aren't related.
