amavisd-new is a specialized content filter.

I only filter outbound mail for virus, not for spam. It's geared up for
both (if you're using Spam Assassin, for example - but I use dspam which
wouldn't be much use there, since it only judges spamminess: "Hey look,
I'm sending you spam"). You'd have to be more specific about what
criteria you want to filter on outgoing mail.
