Does anyone know if there is a limit to the number of addresses I can attach
to a lookup in virtual_alias_map?
I have an app where a user can group many people and send them an email. I
want to hide the recipient limits of email headers from the user. I see 3
options:
1) use virtual_alias_map
Just create an address which links to the aliases and send to that address.
Everyone gets the message and people can reply-all. But is it a good
approach, is there a 'hidden' limit, would it hog the service etc?
2) use mailman - but I'd need to hide all aspects of this from the user -
and its not sql based :(
3) send one at a time - but I want people to be able to reply-all.
Have people managed similar situations?
Regards,
adam
