Note, an empty "relay_recipient_maps" is different from a setting
that uses an empty table. I was suggesting:

    main.cf:
        relay_recipient_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/relay_rcpts

    relay_rcpts: (empty file)

provided that *all* relay recipients are listed in virtual_alias_maps.
Do not disable relay recipient validation.
