Symmetry.
When the mail system SENDS a delivery status notification it uses
the RFC 2821 null envelope sender address, and MAILER-DAEMON in
the From: header. Thus, Postfix sends mail FOR the null address
to MAILER-DAEMON (i.e the default value of empty_address_recipient).
