Reaccuring problem:

  (connect to some.domaine.com[127.0.0.1]: Connection
refused)
 

We have the following setup: --> Internet --> port 25
email/virus scanner --> 10025 postfix mail server

every so often the mailq is filling up rather quickly,
because the postfix cannot connect to the loopback
interface to process mail. I have to stop/start
postfix and requeue (postsuper -r ALL). After this
procedure the mail get processed again and it works
for 1 or 2 days.
Any idea what this could be?
