Academically, that's interesting :-) - but only academically. I've never used
Outlook in any of its incarnations, and I have my family firmly trained to
keep away from it, so it's not a problem to me.

I did do this in a telnet session, and I did get a successful authentication.
It seems that that part of the equation is now correct. I wish I could
pinpoint where it's going wrong, though, as I can not get the imap resources
working.
