Do you use any RBLs like spamhaus or others? Do you accept mail from
servers without FQDNs or that have other configuration problems,
likely indicating zombie systems? What about greylisting?
Running virus/spam scans on mails after they have been received is
fine (as long as you don't bounce them!), but blocking them from being
received works much better overall.
