Hello List,
this is maybe a little off topic but i hope to get some help here.
We are instrested in using a serice such as Postini or Messagelabs. I
will call it "defense service" from now on.
Here is the planned setup:
Reciving Mails:
Internet ---> "defence service" --> OurMailserver --> Client
Sending Mails:
Client ---> OurMailserver ---> Internet
As you can see we would like to recive mails via the "defence service"
and sent it via our server.
Will now our outgoing mail be catched as spam since the sending server
does not match the domains mx record?
Can i add a 2nd mx record with the ip of OurMailserver ? Would that work?
Is the reverse lookup made only to MX1 or MX2, too?
Thanks, Mario
