It's frustrating and I only have a handful of emails per day. With 3000
per day that's a lot of Yahoo customers being inconvenienced so you may
have a better chance of action.

I think supporting DKIM could help. They ask for it and it is a Yahoo
promoted technolology so they're bound to care.
