Yes, amavisd-new is configured to discard spam with score greater than
5. Also we use maia and we have set for every our users to mark like
spam and discard messages with score greater than 5.

I posted the output from postconf -n. This output was not from main.cf.

Yes, you right, amavisd-new is an after-queue filter.
Thanks for the links, i have read these, but in any case i will check
them again to see if there is something that i'm missing.
