I don't see a Postfix question in the above. I haven't messed with
Mixmaster in many years (in fact it was before my Unix days!) but I
think you simply feed your mail into it, and it passes along to other
remailers, either directly via SMTP or through a local sendmail(1).
See "man sendmail" for information on how to construct the right
sendmail command line, BASIC_CONFIGURATION_README for basic Postfix
setup, and of course whatever documentation Mixmaster and phplist have.
