you did not show 'postconf -n' so we can't guess whether you have a
domain delivered via local.
if you have localhost.example.com in mydestination and you did not
override the local transport, then first use a virtual alias:
to redirect the account to a local one, then use aliases (alias_maps) to
run the command.
Alternatively, use a tarnsport entry:
and define myprog in master.cf using a pipe to run myprog.
