Did you try googling "Can't close main::stdin: Bad file descriptor at /
usr/sbin/amavisd line"? I found this post, which references different
line number in amavisd, but you also have MySQL in your config, which
turned out to be related to the problem in this post:

More specifically, you may need to downgrade to a specific, older
version of perl Net::Server which works with amavisd-new.
