I am running the same configuration on a Debian 3.1 (postfix 2.1.5)
and a Debian 4.0 (postfix 2.3.8) server.

In the logs of the newer postfix I see that it 's reloading it's
configuration every minute:

Is that the normal (and wanted?) behavior?
