This is a problem with some kind of packet filter or firewall, not a problem
with your Postfix config.

OK, this seems to be a different machine ('minnow'). Try to connect to
smtp.comcast.net with a telnet client from coral (should fail with
'connection refused'). Check the packet filter on coral.
