Mx blocking me?

Hi,
The MX srdfmailer01.bb.com.br never accept connection with my MX
smtp.sir.inpe.br when I try to send msg. When I use other outgoing the
message is sent.

The message is bounced after 3 days.
170.66.1.94 seems to be blocking me (150.163.12.201) with defer code. why?
