Bounce loops happen when things are beoken at both ends. The
Internet mail RFCs demand that bounces are sent with a null envelope
sender address, so that bounces will not loop.
The most likely mechanisms for bounce breakage are procmail filters
that forward mail with a new envelope sender address of the forwarding
user, and software that uses message header addresses, instead of
envelope addresses as required by internet mail RFCs.

Insufficient data.
